Tommy The Hacker Pranks Customer Service “Where Is My Money”

What a way to start my day. I spent an hour of my time on the phone trying to get my refund for a purchase I made. I need this money back. This guy was not being any help so, I decided to have a little fun.

Last month I made a purchase on my card, not knowing a month later they were going to draft another $150.00 out of my account. I was shocked when I saw my account and noticed missing money. I tracked down the company that took it out and called them, the rep said it would be back in my account within three days.

Well almost a month later I have not received my refund. So here we go again round #2 and this time I get nothing out of it, but just prayers for my starving dogs!

I was able to keep this supervisor on the phone for almost 6 minutes and I really feel the listeners will enjoy the fact that this guy hung in for as long as he did.

Here's a little something I thought was funny that came from the phone call 

"sir why are you yelling and cussing at me?"
