Tropical Tans Closes Down Without A Trace [POLL]

When a business shuts its doors, there is usually a reason.  So when Tropical Tans on Western closed without a trace, questions are beginning to arise.

Over the weekend, Tropical Tans 4310 S. Western closed its doors without any notice or explanation.  On Saturday the salon was a working business, on Sunday no trace of it being there.

Now every business has the right to close it's doors whenever they want to, but in this case they owe an explanation to some of their customers.  Tropical Tans had sold several year long memberships that cost around $100.  These customers are now out the money and services.

Businesses that move usually have a sign on the door with the new locations, Tropical Tans doesn't.  The Better Business Bureau stated that the last time they checked in with the salon, they gave them a rating of an 'F.'  The BBB had three complaints and were unable to locate license or any background information on this business.

I don't know how this salon was run or why it shut down, but I do know a few customers that feel cheated.  Do you think the customers deserve an explanation?
