It can be such an unsettling feeling. The sense that someone is around you, watching your every move. Sometimes you notice a person showing up at several of the same places as you, and it always seems to be around the same time.

That's something that seems to be happening at West Texas A&M in Canyon, and it's not the first time they've had reports of this.

College is tricky. It's the first time away from home for students, so they feel they have this free reign sort of thing going on. Sure, to a certain extent they do. You can stay up and out as late as you want, you can go to parties, whatever your little heart desires.

Stalking however is not on the list of things you get to do just because mom and dad aren't paying attention to what you're doing and where you are.

Another reported stalking incident has taken place on the WTAMU campus, and it's got the community a little worried about how often it's happening. According to the Timely Warning Notification system in place, there have been several stalking incidents that have taken place at on-campus housing locations.

Multiple incidents had been reported in October and November raising concerns. WTAMU officials have mentioned that bystanders and others that may know something or see something are crucial in trying to get it to stop.

If you see someone seemingly following a person around, try and alert the person that they may be being followed and to keep an eye out.
