Where I Come From, Grammy Means Your Grandma

The Grammy Awards were on last night and I'm not going to lie...I loved 'em!

The highlights were Demi Lovato's sideboob and Taylor Swift's not-so-subtle diss to Kanye.

Best performances?  Hands down Kendrick Lamar. He was on fire! The Lionel Richie Tribute was pretty awesome too.  The country guy Chris Stapleton and Austin guitarist Gary Clark Jr. did a great tribute to B.B. King.  Lady Gaga's tribute to David Bowie also rocked.

Not so great performances?  Adele.  Wasn't her fault though.  There were technical difficulties throughout her performance. Arguably the ONE person people were most excited to see and the techies screwed it up.  I love the Eagles, but the tribute to Glen Frey the band did was lackluster. You could tell it was just too soon.  They all had sad faces especially Don Henley.  I felt for them.

I like the fact they make the show more about music and less presentation of awards.

Anyway, that's my take!
