YouTube “How To” Searches You Have Gotta See This! [PHOTO]

I'm on YouTube on my TV, I was typing in "how to" just to see what popped up.  I didn't even get the "o" in the word "to" typed and this pops up at the top viewed!  Almost 10.5 million views!

I chose not to watch it, I'm 34 I don't need an instructional video...unless YouTube is trying to tell me something.

But seriously, what is wrong with this picture!
