When you think about Ziggy Hood you think about all the great things he has done. You think about him starting off here in Amarillo. You think about his days at Palo Duro High School. Oh but he was one of those that moved on. He never forgot about his start and his hometown of Amarillo.

Ziggy played for several NFL teams over his professional career. He has called the Pittsburgh Steelers his team, the Chicago Bears, Washington Redskins, Miami Dolphins and the New Orleans Saints. He never did forget his roots. Even when he retired from playing he moved on to coaching.

This is where Ziggy Hood has come full circle and this is great news for Amarillo. He is returning home. Ziggy is returning to Palo Duro High. This is great news for the program. This is great news for Amarillo.
