Is being you child's friend more important than being your child's parent?  I can see where the line gets blurry-you want to teach your child all the right things but you want to be a cool mom too.  But is getting your teenager strippers a ever a good idea?

As a mom, I know that it is my job to teach my son right from wrong, respect and how to be the best person he can be.  At the same time, I want to give my child everything.  I often find it hard to say no when it comes to something he really wants.  I often cave and buy that toy he just can't live without.

But he is only four.  If he were a teenager asking for strippers that's a totally different ball game.  I've known those parents who try to be 'cool' and buy their kids alcohol or allow them to be sexually active in their homes, but that doesn't make it ok.

As a parent you have to step up and draw the line.  A mother in Gansevoort, New York decided to throw her son a birthday party at the local bowling alley.  She rented a private room and hired strippers. Most of the boys attending the party were all 15 and 16 years old.

The strippers only stripped down to bras and panties, but they did perform lap dances on several of the under aged boys.  Of course, pictures were taken and stories told, parents found out and the mom was arrested.

Judy Vigar was charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child and is facing a max sentence of five years in prison.
