Weapon of Mass-De-What!? Texas Tech Student Building Weapon Of Mass Destruction

Yes a Texas Tech student from Saudi Arabia is accused of buying chemicals & equipment to build a weapon of mass destruction!  Hold on this is a little to close to home for my taste!  However it goes, Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari plead not guilty today.  If he is convicted he faces life in prison, where he'll get human booster shots from good ol' Bubba, and faces a big $250,000 fine!  And that is not enough punishment in my opinion!  If he was in fact trying to build a weapon, hey we in Texas, enforce the death penalty!  What are your thoughts on this?  Soooooo close to home, could've been a serious issue!  Comment away...
