Amarillo Christian Book Store Closes It’s Doors

And another one bites the dust...

2019 has been a busy year for reporting local business closing down. It seems like a new name gets added to the list every week. Sears, Payless, Dale's burgers, and many more have closed this year.

Now we regret to report that LifeWay Christian Store off of Soncy in Amarillo is set to close by the end of May. LifeWay Christian Store has been a resource for local church and small groups to get curriculum, books, faith-based gifts and more.

LifeWay outlived former competitor Family Christian Book Store who closed a number of years ago but unfortunately, they could not compete with online sales and other local competition like Mardel's.
