Amarillo’s Own Emil Minasyan Wins Best Director For “The Heist”

The 7^th annual Los Angeles Nollywood Film Festival awarded Amarillo native Emil Minaysan Best Director for his short film “The Heist” in the Best Director category. The film is a crime comedy about a couple attempting to rob a jewelry store however it leads to a series of bungled events.

Locally here in Amarillo you can attend the premiere at Cinemark Hollywood at 8pm Wednesday December 18^th.
