Construction Mishap Causes Amarillo Municipal Court Closure

Due to a construction "mishap," Amarillo Municipal Court will be closed for the day. If you were to be in a hearing today, congrats, you've been awarded some extra time. All hearings for today will be rescheduled.

According to a Facebook post from the APD, a "network fiber" was cut while work was taking place on a parking lot construction project. This little mishap has caused the court to be closed for the day.

No word as of yet when the repairs will be finished.
