What do the colored spray painted lines on the road mean?

It won't be long, in the grand cosmic scheme of things, before Amarillo and Canyon become one giant metro. The question is, what will we call it?

Nothing is worse than getting on I-40 here in Amarillo just to see traffic backed up. You know you are going to be waiting forever. Is it an accident? Is it just construction? You are not sure but you do know that it may be four or five exits before the congestion clears up.

How long before one ends right where the other begins?

Starting today (4/3), parking downtown will be impacted by a month long project on Polk.

Whatever happens, it sounds like Glenrio is possibly getting a second wind.

They didn't seem to do anything last time. Are they actually going to complete something this time around?

It could be worse. At least we have a good timeline of when the project will be finished, and it doesn't look like it's going to take that long.

Have you noticed the "lake" at John Stiff Park has been replaced by a giant empty crater?

Hopefully soon all of these projects will be wrapped up.

I did some digging, no pun intended, trying to figure out just what is going on. Turns out, it's a lot.
