You could be wearing high-tech internet glasses by the end of the year!  Google is getting set to release "reality" glasses that have a software giving them the capability to stream information right to your eyeballs!  I've seen the future, and me likey!

The prototype to the glasses look similar to Okaley's "Thump" glasses (pictured to the left <<---).

They can tap into Google's database and display things like map directions or other content, something referred to as "augmented reality".

The glasses will actually display a transparent computer screen on the lenses.  Sounds like science-fiction right?  Well reports say the glasses could be on sale before the end of the year and will go for anywhere from $250 - $600.

The glasses are not designed to be worn all the time, just as needed.  The operating system will be the same Android software used by smart-phones and tablets.  They will be equipped with GPS and even motion sensors!  Plus, they'll come with camera and audio inputs and outputs.

You'll look like a weird-o when you wear them, but you'll be the coolest damn weird-o on the planet!
