Great News; The Nutcracker Is Back In 2021 For 50th Anniversary
We've seen parades return. A lot of us are going to be enjoying our usual holiday traditions again this year. Here's one more bit of good news. The Nutcracker is back in Amarillo this year.
They also happen to be celebrating their 50th anniversary. This is going to be one you don't want to miss.
Lone Star Ballet is Bringing Back The Holiday Favorite
Before I ever moved here, I knew about the ballet and their performance of The Nutcracker every Christmas season. My parents always pointed to it as a cultural perk for the area, and said it was one of the many reasons to move here.
Honestly, my parents aren't alone.
Last year when it was announced the ballet would not be happening around its usual time, a lot of people expressed their disappointment. It's a holiday tradition for many in the area, and it's something that many of us look forward to.
Tickets Are Available
Tickets for The Nutcracker are available now, and at last check of available seating you still have a few spots available where you could get a decently sized group all on one row.
But those tickets will go quick. You can get yours at panhandle tickets by following this link.
