The Fritch Area Chamber of Commerce is celebrating the 40-year tradition of Howdy Neighbor Day on Saturday, August 20th.

The event will be kicking off at 9am. There will be a parade on Broadway St. that starts at 10:00am at the corner of Hoyne & Broadway. It will finish at Fritch City Park where the festivities take place. There will be food vendors, handmade items, games, and the 2nd annual Lake Meredith Aquatic and Wildlife Museum Car Show.

The theme for this year’s event is “Honoring 100 Years of the National Park Service – Our Land, Our Wildlife, Our Park”. Fritch is located 37 miles north of Amarillo, near Borger.
