Texas man claims he caught the man trying to molest his 4-year-old daughter at his house on Saturday. The victim was a friend of the father who visited his home and helped him take care of his horses. Early Saturday the father had heard noises coming from the barn on where he kept his horses. The father went to see what it was and had walked in on the man trying to molest his daughter. The father then started pulling his 4 year old daughter away from the man and struck him many times in the head. The man later on died from blows to the head. The girl was taken to a hospital to be examined and was later released.

James Harrington the director of the Texas Civil Rights Project questioned the father’s decision to “summarily execute” the alleged molester without due process and had this to say :

“Assuming it’s true that this guy was molesting the daughter, and we don’t know what exactly happened at this point, he would then have the right to defend [her], and hit him enough to have him stop,” Harrington told FoxNews.com. “But you cannot summarily execute him, even though I can understand the anger he would have.”

James Harrington also said he was “surprised” that the girl’s father had not been already charged.
Being a father I know that if I walked in on someone trying to molest my kids or any-one's kids I would have tried to fight the guy off too.
So do you think killing a man who molested your daughter is justifiable?
