Tommy The Hacker Taps Into The Seedy Underworld Of Pant Sagging – Is Sagging Hot or Not?

Everywhere you go you see someone sagging. To some people they might think it's a new trend but truth is that people have been sagging since the 1990's. It's popular among kids even men and some women are guilty of this. What is sagging ?

Urban Dictionary says:

Wearing ones pants around the hips so that they sag down and bunch up around the ankles. Originally, this was a prison thing that signified that you were another prisoner's property, ie b@#h. Punks were forced to wear their pants this way so it would be easier for their masters to pull their pants down and ____them. Somehow this became a 1990's fashion trend.

Now everyone has there own opinion about sagging. I'm not knocking the people that sag, because years ago i was guilty of it. Now I look back and say I can't believe I wore my pants like that. Back then we wore our shirts low and let the pants sag. Nowadays they sag below there butt with boxers out giving that major wedge look.  Just kidding! There are actually some town and cities that have banned sagging and given out fines if caught sagging! Again let me tell you, I'm not knocking the people that sag. If your gonna sag just go all out with the Hacker Sag!
