Matthew McConaughey is usually known for being a very attractive dude!  The ladies love them some Matthew, but that's about to change after seeing these pictures!

I guess he's adapted himself for a role he's playing, or he's caught a disease and really needs to get some help!

He's in New Orleans filming The Dallas Buyers Club and the mustache combined with the massive amount of weight he's lost just adds up to make him look like a crack-head on the run.
