Miley Cyrus And Liam Hemsworth Engaged!

After months of rumors and Miley hinting, it is official-Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are engaged!

After meeting on the set of their movie "Love Song," Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth dated for three years.  Well they have decided to make the next move.  According to sources, Hemsworth popped the question on May 31st and Miley said yes.

He proposed with a 3.5-carat cushion-cut diamond ring from jeweler Neil Lane.

The two are so young, so hopefully they will not rush into it.  However, I see Miley as one who wants to push the wedding date up as soon as possible.  She told People magazine that she is ready to spend the rest of her life with her fiance.

In my opinion, people who get married that young aren't ready for a marriage.  It is more than just a wedding, it takes a lot of dedication and work.  Hopefully they are willing to go the extra mile to make it work.

No wedding date has been set, so we'll have to sit back and wait.  Who knows maybe Miley's and Billy Rays father daughter dance can be the Achy Breaky Heart!
