Missing California Teen Found In Amarillo

Today (June 30) around noon, a Potter County Deputy pulled over a white Dodge pick-up and ran its license plates. The plates came back as being owned by a California resident who was wanted in a kidnapping charge. There was a 16 year old female passenger in the car. Amber Wooline from California was was reported as a runaway on June 11th.

Kern County Sheriff's Office in Bakersfield, CA are coming to Amarillo to interview the suspect. Amber was found safe and is going to be returned back to her family in California.
