National Hot Dog Day In Amarillo

Nothing says Summer time in America like a juicy hot dog. You can't go to a baseball game without having one. Nothing makes the grill smell better than a few dogs on the grill. Let's be honest, who goes an entire summer without eating at least one hot dog?

Well, if you are a fan of hot dogs, today is your day. Today is National Hot Dog Day. So where is your favorite place to grab a hot dog? Back home in New Jersey, we have a place called Wawa. I would go and get a hot dog there with Chilli, Cheese, Onions, and Mustard. My three friends Bill, Ed, and Joe would call this, The Heart Attack. It was so good.

Locally, I am a big fan of Wienerschnitzel. I had my first hot dog from there almost 3 years ago when I lived in Clovis, NM. After that first bite. I was hooked. I think I know where I am going for lunch today.
