These cats need a home, and you need to keep the mice away

Amarillo seems to have a problem with our animals making their way to the shelters. There is no room. If everyone just had their dogs and cats fixed this problem would get a lot better.

In 2017, Havens convinced the Amarillo City Council to pass a municipal ordinance that banned bestiality and supported an effort to ensure Texas law would make bestiality illegal statewide,

Dogs are normally $35 to adopt, but for the month of January, dogs are just $10. Cats are normally $25 to adopt, but for the month of January, cats are just $5.
