Texas Highway Patrol Apprehends Driver At 34th & Ross

I went outside my apartment and saw this on the corner. Looks like 6 - 8 Texas State Highway Patrol squad cars and a truck that ran up over the curb.

I'm curious if it was a chase outside the city limits that brought them in town as you normally don't see "hi po" in the city limits and definitely not this many unless there was a reason.
