Video Shot As New York City Goes On A Blackout – [VIDEO]

Sean Blackwell was recording the flooding after NYC was hit by Hurricane Sandy on the Lower East Side of New York City at the intersection of Eighth Street. You can see in the video the streets flooded with cars floating around. Not even emergency personnel could get around. Isn't bad to mix up water with electricity?
