Why Do People Drive So Bad In Amarillo

A few days ago, we showed you a Youtube channel where someone filmed bad drivers in Amarillo. Here are a few reasons they might be driving so poorly.

There’s an oncoming car in their lane. If you hear their horn. They are not honking at you. They are trying to tell the person coming at them to get out of the way.

The sun could be blinding them.  They are most likely slowing down to make sure they are staying in a straight line.

If there is someone is tailgating them, they might be trying to let that person pass. So be patent with them. Clearly the person behind them is in a hurry.

There's an animal in the road.  Try to stay calm and avoid it with minimal braking and steering.  Overreacting can cause more damage than just hitting it. The person in front of you is trying to do the same.

Of course, there are people who just drive bad. There is nothing you can do about them. Just do you best to stay safe out there.
