Another Narcotic Raid Conducted In Amarillo

There's been 2 narcotic police raids performed by the Amarillo Police Dept within the past 3 days!  Arrests were made in both searches, one on S Washington and the other on S Hughes in Amarillo.

Amarillo Police:

"Amarillo Police executed a Narcotic Search Warrant at 4100 S Washington at 845am on 12-16-2013. A small amount of methamphetamine was located inside the residence along with drug paraphernalia. The following were transported to the Randall Co Detention Center

1.) Robert Orlando Arellano, a 39 year old Hispanic male of Amarillo was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance U-1gm PG1 and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

2.) Robert Arellano Jr, a 17 year old Hispanic male was arrested for municipal warrants.

On 12-13-13, Amarillo Police executed a Narcotic Search warrant at 3400 S Hughes at approximately 3:30 PM. During the search of the residence and suspects, a small amount of methamphetamine was confiscated along with illegal pharmaceutical pills. Drug paraphernalia and a semi-automatic handgun were also seized.
The following were arrested and transported to Randall Co Detention Center:

1.) Michael Shane Ratliff, 35 year old white male of Amarillo. He was charged with Felon in Possession a firearm and drug paraphernalia.

2.) Manual Arturo Chavez, 29 year old Hispanic male of Amarillo. He was charged with possession drug paraphernalia and local arrest warrants.

3.) Miles Joseph Daigle, 23 year old white male of Amarillo. He was charged with Possession Controlled Substance U/1 gram PG1, and Possession Controlled Substance U/28grams PG3, and Possession Drug Paraphernalia.

4.) Jade’An Ashley Vinzant, 26 year old white female of Amarillo. She was charged with local arrest warrants out of Potter and Randall Co."
