Deep Fried Face-Off! Round 2: Oreo VS Peanut Butter & Jelly [VIDEO/POLL]

It's round 2 of the Deep Fried Face-Off!  The best of the best in deep fried deliciousness at the Amarillo Tri-State Fair!  For this round, it's the deep fried Oreo taking on the deep fried Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich!  2 AMAZING deep fried treats, but we gotta find out which one comes out on top, so on with the face-off!

This was by far the hardest thing to judge!  I couldn't believe how close they were!

Deep Fried Oreo Cookie

The deep fried Oreo was awesome!  These are definitely a must have!  The crunch of the cookie with the batter, powdered sugar and strawberry syrup, and you can't forget the cream between the cookies, wow!  They are great!  A+, I give it an 8.5 on a scale of 1-10.

Deep Fried PB&J

Again, very awesome!  Peanut butter and jelly is very good, especially battered, deep fried, covered in powdered sugar and drizzled with strawberry syrup, again, wow!  Talk about taking an everyday sandwich and making it something spectacular.  I give it a 9 on a scale of 1-10.

The winner, for me, gotta be the PB&J!  This face-off was so tough!  The 2 competitors were so close that I almost had a meltdown!  But, there can only be 1 winner, and I bow to the creator of the deep fried peanut butter & jelly sandwich!  There is a special place in Heaven for the person that came up with this home-run idea!
