Family Fun at Pumpkinfest This Weekend

Everything is pumpkin this time of year. Starbucks has their Pumpkin Latte's. Clean Juice has their pumpkin spices latte and The Pumpkin One smoothie. Oh and don't forget Pumpkin Pie Blizzards at Dairy Queen. That is to just name a few.

Everything is pumpkin and I love it. So when I saw there was an event called Pumpkinfest I was all about it. It's this weekend at the Amarillo Botanical Gardens. That place is beautiful anyway and it's no different in the Autumn time of year.

Pumpkinfest is Saturday, October 2nd, from 10am until 2pm. This is something for the whole family to enjoy. There will be bounce houses and what kid wouldn't love that? You can also take some time to paint a pumpkin to bring home. There will even be face painting for everyone to enjoy.

You can't get into a fall type carnival fun without actual carnival games and they will have those too. So this sounds like something that should be put on your families to do list for this weekend.

The cost is only $10 per person and that includes all the fun. You will also get lunch provided in that cost and the pumpkin to bring home. So it's the whole package. If you haven't been out to the Amarillo Botanical Gardens or it has been a while this is the perfect opportunity to bring the family out for some fall fun.

The Amarillo Botanical Gardens are located at 1400 Streit Drive in Medi Park. I would definitely suggest to bring your camera or have one ready on your phone. So many great photo opportunities out at the gardens.
