Enjoy tomorrow night's George Lopez show, Lopez Tonight on TBS, because that's going to be the final episode.  TBS just announced that the show is being canceled, to which George Lopez replied, "I Know Huh!?" More big news is that Conan O'Brien is not only part of the cause, but he also is failing at the network!

From TMZ:

It looks like Conan did to George what Jay Leno did to Conan.  You'll recall, when Jay Leno came back to NBC, his 10 PM show tanked and killed Conan's ratings.  Well Lopez had the 11 PM time slot for its first season, but then when Conan came to TBS a year ago he took over the 11 PM slot and Lopez moved to midnight -- meaning George was relying on Conan to deliver a good lead-in.

Word is after the changes were made, Lopez' ratings dropped 40%!  That's a big chunk of his audience that just up and left!  On Monday, Conan pulled in a 0.5 rating in the key demographic, which is people ages 18 - 49, about 715,000 viewers.  George's ratings hovered around 0.2, with 400,000 viewers.

In conclusion, nobody is watching.  Well I mean we watch it at my house, so I guess we are part of the few that watch.  It's sad that they were both dealt a raw hand.  But, they are both very talented guys, I'm sure George will have a new show going soon, and Conan will have no problem getting a new gig if he gets the ugly axe.
