A new food truck has recently opened in Amarillo, serving fresh, made-to-order hibachi. It's not your normal hibachi. They take it up a notch.

Street Scene Hibachi Grill and Bowl is a new food truck that opened its window on February 6, 2026. The food truck is located at 4515 S. Georgia in the South Georgia Shopping Center.

What’s on the Menu at Street Scene Hibachi

Street Scene's menu is loaded with made-to-order hibachi, bowls and combo plates, appetizers, fried rice, and grilled vegetables. One item you absolutely cannot pass up is the Pineapple Three-Meat Combo signature bowl. This dish is served in a pineapple half. Just look at it. You can practically taste it through the screen.

Street Scene Hibachi offers fast, fresh food truck service with generous portions that stand out. It's enough for at least 2 meals and maybe more.
