Lil Wayne Gives A Funny But Confusing Deposition [VIDEO]

Lil Wayne is no stranger to the court room, but you'd think he would know how to answer questions by now.  There is video of Lil Wayne giving the courts a deposition back in June and he is pretty hilarious.

Lil Wayne has filed a lawsuit against Quincy Jones III for using his music in his 2009 Wayne documentary "The Carter."  In the deposition, you can clearly see Wayne being uncooperative.

He not only forgets things he's done in the past, but calls the one of the lawyer's questions stupid.  Watch the video and tell me what you think.

I have to admit that was a stupid question.  So do you think Lil Wayne was pretending to have amnesia or really forgot the answers to the questions?
