So What The Heck Is Going On?

It appears that the Amarillo-Panhandle Humane Society's info got leaked. There are a number of ways that this can happen. The end result is a lot of companies, and a lot of people, asking a lot of questions.

Another way it can happen is a data breach somewhere. Your information is stored on a server somewhere, and if that gets breached, it could wind up being sold. One company takes it and then sells it to other companies. Before long, your email inbox is destroyed with junk mail.

Then, there's always the possibility it could have been a disgruntled employee.

However, it happened, spread the word. Amarillo-Panhandle Humane Society isn't selling and doesn't need new insurance.
