Neighbors Claims Chris Brown Is The Worst Neighbor From Hell

Well Chris Brown up to bad news again.Neighbors of his Hollywood condo are all fed up with him and want him OUT!

Building manager is getting complaints of loud music,racing dogs in hallways,and parking in handicap spaces are all coming from condo owner Chris Brown.With all the luxurious cars Chris owns he is now parking them in handicap spaces, he has collected numerous tickets but has not paid them because he said he's going to fight them in court.

For now management will be getting them towed if they're still taking up the handicap spaces.Neighbors of Chris say he's a nightmare blasting music loudly all day and all night long.

Personally Chris Brown gets on my nerves and will probably get away with this just like he did with Rihanna.Have you ever had a roommate or neighbor from Hell?
