Photos Of Johnny Depp As Tonto In The Lone Ranger

This proves that Johnny Depp is just plain crazy.  He's playing Tonto in the new Lone Ranger movie and for some reason he thinks Tonto's hat would be a crow?

Movie producer Jerry Bruckheimer released the photos on twitter earlier today because I guess he thinks it's going to stir up talk about how awesome the movie is going to be.  But the only talk they are going to generate is talk about how ridiculous Johnny Depp looks and how they picked the completely wrong person to play Tonto.

Now, Armie Hammer as Dan Reid, that's a win right there!  He's pulling off the look of the character in a very convincing way!

Johnny Depp version of Tonto looks like something stupid he would have done in Pirates of the Caribbean and I'm sure the character will act equally as stupid.  But alas only time will tell.
