Amarillo opening 2022

Well, it happened. Oscar's finally closed the doors of that happy yellow building on 45th.

Amarillo is pretty much known for one thing. We have some great food. It amazes me how difficult it can be to pick a place to eat because we have a lot of choices. There is absolutely nothing wrong with choices at all.

Last week I might have been on a mission to find out why there was a giant pile of dirt in the parking lot at 45th and Teckla.

In the famous words of Green Day. "Wake Me Up When September Ends" I have nothing against this month. Heck two of my favorite people were born a day apart during this month, my daughter and my granddaughter.

Amarillo has a great place to get organic foods and super healthy foods. This place is getting a new home.

I love seeing growth in Amarillo. Many people think that the only growth happening in Amarillo is in the Southwest, but that's not the case. Amarillo is growing everywhere!

This has been a story I have been following closely. To be fair I feel that I have been dreaming about taquitos. Especially because Roll Em Up Taquitos will use flour tortillas instead of corn if you want.

Amarillo we love our Mexican food. We love it in all forms. We love Tex Mex. We love it all. We will take fast food or we are good at sitting down at a restaurant. We just love food.
