I remember vividly as a little girl, my dad would pack us all in the car and say we're going to Umbarger.  We were always like, "why are we going to Umbarger?"  We lived in Hereford so why would we go to Umbarger, it's just a small little town in between Hereford and Canyon.  Well he would always pack us in the car and take us to Umbarger to enjoy their German Sausage meal at St. Mary's Catholic Church.  It was good.  Luckily the tradition continues and you can pack the family up in the car and make the short trip to Umbarger to enjoy some delicious German Sausage.
