Deputies seized up to 65 pounds of marijuana on Sunday evening after four men were pulled over after a traffic stop near I-40 and Bell st. The passengers ages  in the vehicle were 27, 21, 18 and 16, all from California. Police said they don’t believe the two teens in the vehicle had any clue of the transport of the marijuana. A Potter County Sheriff’s Office K-9 deputy stopped a 2013 Dodge rental van occupied by the four males at 7:56 p.m. at Interstate 40 and Bell Street, authorities said.

“When the deputy approached the van, he smelled the aroma of fresh marijuana emitting from inside the vehicle."

Deputies found three large tubs containing 63 bundles of marijuana, in value of an estimated street value of $742,000!

It was also said the the marijuana found in the vehicle was hydroponic a very potent type of marijuana. Good job APD!

I wonder if these guys were headed to Colorado?
