Parents we shocked when their daughter Shaylyn Searcy came off the bus with her feet duct together. They were very mad when they seen this and went straight to the school looking for answers. The principle as well as the teacher were not aware of the situation. Who in the right mind would duct tape a child's feet together. Especially a person that has down syndrome.

How sad is that!!!
