Crop Circles On California Farm In Salinas Valley [VIDEO]

A crop circle that appears to be a computer-chip or some type of integrated circuit on a farm in Salinas Valley, CA.  Two witnesses claim the circle appeared after 2 bursts of light in the sky.

Was this the work of people playing a prank, or the work of something from above?
