Former Bowie Middle School Teacher Receives 10 Years Probation In Drug Case
A former Bowie Middle School teacher just got slapped with 10 years probation in a drug case, after selling ecstasy to an undercover agent a few times.
Patricia Jean Coone, 35, plead guilty to a few counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
The 2nd degree felony landed her 10 years probation, and forced a resignation from Bowie that came earlier this year after she was arrested.
Police arrested Coone, a former Bowie Middle School sixth-grade science teacher, and Joshua Renard Glover, 26, during a Feb. 23 traffic stop after the two delivered Ecstasy to an undercover officer in November and December, police said.
This kind of reminds me of that show Breaking Bad. A science teacher just says "screw it, I'm selling drugs!"
