Shake Weight For Men Does It Work?

So on my break I went to walgreens and noticed this new device to get you a hardbody "The Shake Weight". Does it work or is it a ripoff. I'm looking to buy it but I don't wanna waste my money if it doesn"t have results. I checked out the video and its kinda funny the faces and the sounds these buff dudes make while doing the Shake Weight in different positions. I think my girlfriend would crackup if she walked in and seen me sweating it out with the Shake Weight.
