AT&T and Verizon both offer the IPhone and we all knew it would only be a matter of time before Sprint picked up a deal to carry it.  Well Wall Street Journal's Tech Today tells us it's an official deal, Sprint will be carrying the IPhone 5

Don't expect this to happen tomorrow or anything, it looks like they'll release the IPhone platform to Sprint users in mid October.  However, Facebook & Google are competing on privacy.  I have no idea what that means but maybe this will make sense of it:

"Facebook said Tuesday that it would roll out new controls for sharing personal information on its network, making privacy settings easier to see.

As Geoff Fowler and Amir Efrati report, this comes after Google introduced its Google+ social network, which allows users to build “circles” that they can use to control who sees what about them.

“This is Facebook competing on privacy,” said Justin Brookman, the director of the consumer privacy project at the Center for Democracy and Technology, who was consulted by Facebook on the newest changes. “People responded well to Google’s very controlled, granular settings,”

Oh you mean Google had a good idea and Facebook wants to steal it?  Mark Zuckerberg, the creator of Facebook, wants to rip of somebody else's well thought out idea?  That's weird?  They've never done that before?

Anyways, how many Sprint users are waiting to make the switch?  I'm debating it in my head.  On one hand, I love my EVO 4G and I love the Android system.  But I do have an Android powered tablet, so if I buy the IPhone I will have both platforms in the palm of my hand!  OMG!  The choices really are killing me right now!
