It's time to start paying attention to your surroundings when you're behind the wheel.

A head-on collision near a state park west of San Antonio has left 12 dead and 3 seriously injured.

Originally, on August 10th, 2013, a Dodge truck was struck by 2 separate trains as it was crossing the tracks located in the 600 block of N Eastern in Amarillo.  Witnesses told officers that they observed the truck disregard the railroad crossing barricades.  There was a 38 year old male driving, and a 4 year old boy riding.  The child was ejected from the truck and died of injuries from the colli

Around 7:30a, Amarillo police officers were dispatched to a traffic collision in the 4600 block of Bushland Blvd.  Upon arrival, officers learned that a forklift collided with a Ford F-350 truck while the forklift operator was trying to cross Bushland Blvd.  The driver of the forklift sustained injuries from the crash, and later died at the hospital.

Amarillo Police are investigating a "motorcycle vs motor vehicle collision" that took place yesterday at approximately 4:28pm.  Douglas Eugene Thompson, age 33 of Amarillo, was operating the Honda CBR 1100 when he struck a Honda Civic.

Isn't this weird?  An Air China plane struck an unknown object at 8,000 meters above the Earth. That's 26,000 feet. The collision caused it to return to Chengdu where it had started it's voyage.
