Palo Duro High

This has been an event that has happened for several years now. It's one that warms the hearts of many. It's the Northside Toy Giveaway. It's one that is worked on for a long time to make this such a success.

We all know that the graduates this year have encountered an interesting school year. They have all missed out on a regular graduations. They have been able to have virtual graduations that started with them at a location social distancing. Amarillo is trying to do all they can to make the Class of 2020 feel special.

A few months ago Amarillo seniors were excited for the end of the school year. They had proms and graduation to look forward to. They were ordering their caps and gowns and shopping for dresses. Then Spring Break got here and the beginning of the end of the hopes of returning to the classroom.

We've all been through the drive thru car wash at one point of another.  This Quick Quack Car Wash customer didn't have time to waste and goes through at a ridiculous speed.

I'm getting calls and messages about shooting threats that are said to be taking place on supposed doomsday, this Friday, December 21st, at both Palo Duro and Caprock High.  I've talked to Sgt. Barbee at Amarillo Police Dept/Crime Prevention Unit and he's helped put this all into perspective for us.

So last night I was talking to my friend DJ Echo (aka Johnny) and we had a discussion about Ziggy Hood, whom we both know and both support fully.  And it was a stroke of genius as we brainstormed and came up with an idea we need your help with!
