Test Drivers Are Challenged To Take The Wheel While After Smoking Marijuana

In a story done by CNN the following video shows three drivers who got really high on marijuana and test-drove cars around a course. A driving-ed instructor accompanied the three people to spot any visible 'signs' of inebriation in their movements. Some people think that marijuana affects people driving. But then you ask the people who are casual marijuana smokers they will tell you they can drive just fine if not even better under the influence.
