Who Has the Best Sizzling Hot Fajitas in Amarillo?

It's one of those things that you order when you go out to eat and everyone takes notice. I am talking about the sizzling hot plate and great smell of fajitas as they travel from the kitchen all the way to the table.

The sizzle everyone notices. That great smell makes you wonder why you didn't order them yourself. It's just such an experience in itself.

I used to always go to Ruby Tequilas on Georgia and the shrimp fajitas were my go-to. Fajitas are also something I love to order when I am eating healthy.  I mean it's the one thing that you can control the portions.

The hardest choice though is which ones to get? Are you a chicken fajita person? A beef? Or like me you love the shrimp? I mean you can live dangerously and get the combination and have all three. Why not?

With fajitas you can pile on the grilled vegetables.  You can also top them with a lot of jalapenos. You can also skimp, though it's hard to, on the cheese and sour cream. Oh but you can pour on tons of hot sauce.

I just love fajitas. We have a lot of great Mexican Food restaurants here in Amarillo. So where is your go to place for fajita's. I feel like I am in mourning still over the loss of Ruby's. I know I need to get over it.

In my mourning period I haven't ordered fajitas anywhere else. It is time for me to move on. I again need to hear that sizzle and know that means that deliciousness is heading to my table.
