We have all been standing at Walmart and had a look at someone or something that we just couldn't believe. Whether it's nasty stained sweat pants, or a guy eating pork grinds with french onion dip. But I was completely floored when someone sent me this pic.

Is this lady starved for attention or just plain crazy? I have done some weird stuff with my looks in my day, but this is ridiculous.
