Imagine your kiddo having a face to face stare-down with a lion! Who would win?  Sofia Walker may be the bravest little girl ever to have visited the Wellington Zoo in New Zealand. Something about when you visit the zoo you always want to catch the attention of a bear, tiger , or a lion. Especially when there behind a thick piece of glass. This 3-year-old's recent stare-down with a large African lion was undoubtedly unnerving to her her mother, who was watching from nearby.

Was the lion wanting to play with the little girl or was the lion angry and wanting to attack the child? Thank goodness for the thick piece of glass standing between the little girl and the lion or this could have been a mess. Have you ever had a close encounter with a big animal?
