Should Mother Press Charges On 21 Year Old Friend Of The Family For Getting 14 Year Old Daughter Pregnant

We received a letter from a source stating that a womens 14 yr old daughter that was impregnanted by 21 year old friend of the family.At Kiss Fm we are part of the community ndt make it a point to bring you any stories that we are able to. This is NO exception, apparently this mother has a daughter who is pregnant by her best friends son. Here's where the story gets heated the daughter is 14 years old (15 in January) and her BEST friends son is 21. As a parent myself I dont even know how I would handle this! The mother is completly against abortion but knows how hard it will be for her daughter to raise a child at 14. On another note should the mother press charges on her friends 21 year old son?
