United Way Of Amarillo & Canyon Raises Over $6 Million This Year!

Way to go United Way!  Yesterday, myself and Tommy the Hacker made a stop out to the Victory Luncheon so we could talk to the students, and get a free meal of course!  The biggest thing, was the announcement of how much they raised in their 2012 fundraising efforts!  Which was AMAZING!

It literally came down to the final line, but I'm very proud of the hard working staff and students of the United Way program in Amarillo & Canyon!  They surpassed their goal and raised over $6 million!

What an incredible accomplishment!

The United Way supports and funds 41 area programs, and .99 cents of every dollar raised, stays right here in our area!
